Web Site Update: The Web Committee has re-launched the Gregory Commons website and the GC Forum. The Board is very excited about this form of communication to the residents. In addition, we ultimately believe we can generate advertising revenue from the site, which will aid in minimizing future maintenance increases. If you are interested in advertising for any business, product, or service, you can contact one of the board members. This will help promote what you are advertising as well as generate additional funds for the Association.

Vending Machines: We have a drink vending machine in A building, 1st floor next to the elevators. The Association receives a certain percentage on the sale of each item. These proceeds will help minimize future maintenance increases.

Dry Cleaning Alliance: The Association has formed an alliance with Smart Cleaners, whereby staff uniforms are cleaned for free if the residents generate a certain weekly sales volume. In the past, the Association paid approximately $6,000 annually for the cleaning of staff uniforms.
