Cliff Charles, President

Originally from Antigua, Cliff has lived at the Gregory Commons for 20 years and has served our community on the Board of Directors 17 of those years. Cliff is a CPA working in Manhattan. In addition, he has spent time on the Weehawken Zoning and Planning Boards as well as the Caribbean/American Chamber of Commerce in New York City.

Rob Terhune, Vice President

Rob has been living at Gregory Commons for 19 years and has served on the Board of Directors for more than 12 of those years. Rob is a graduate and former faculty member of Parsons School of Design. He currently works as a freelance photographer and designer.

Anthony La Malfa, Treasurer

Anthony La Malfa has been living at Gregory Commons with his wife since 2002. Their family has since grown to four with the arrival of their two children. Anthony was born and raised in Queens, NY and moved to NJ in 1999 with his wife. He is a practicing CPA with more than 14 years of experience. For the past four years he has been working with the Real Estate and Hospitality Services practice of an international accounting firm in NYC; specializing in real estate finance companies. Prior to that, he worked at a mid-sized CPA firm that specializes in media and publishing companies, where his wife is now a partner. Anthony is licensed in the states of New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.  

Leslie Bryan, Secretary

Leslie Bryan has been an owner at Gregory Commons since 2006 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2007. Previously, she served for 10 years on a condominium board in Hoboken. She has worked as an arts administrator and academic leader. Leslie is bilingual, has Masters Degrees in International Administration and in Interdisciplinary Art. Leslie currently is a healing practitioner, with an office in Manhattan.

Jennifer Leonard, Trustee

Thomas M. Marsich, C.P.A, Property Manager

Tom is a founding partner of Delev Corp., the firm that has managed the Gregory Commons' property and financial records since 1997, and is responsible for the management of financial and administrative operations.

Formerly, Tom was employed as the CFO of a multi-state Real Estate Developer (PRD Property Development, Inc - an organization with a $11 million budget) and the Director of Accounting for the Real Estate Investment arm of Siemans A. G.� Also, at one time he headed the Property Management Divisions of both firms.

Delev Corp. is a full service property and asset management firm, based in Passaic County of New Jersey, with extensive experience in all aspects of construction and property management. Delev Corp. manages a residential real estate portfolio with an aggregate market value in excess of $1 billion throughout New Jersey and New York.
